My Deputy PM? …. I wouldn't say so

·

Sit down. Grab a zen ball or something to squeeze with your hands as you get angrier and angrier. This is the SKY interview with Malta’s Deputy Prime Minister Tonio “Gift of Life” Borg. Sure puts divorce debates into perspective.

It is the same prudent position already stated by the Prime Minister yesterday and previously. It is also the same position which would have been taken by any other Maltese government, which is the one which has the least risks for Malta.

I hope your anger has died down now.

Pray for peace in Libya and the Mediterranean and for those killed or injured in the current conflict.

Prayer won’t help, dear David. Military action will. Gandhi’s strategy worked only because he was dealing with the British. He wouldn’t have lasted a day under Gaddafi.

a touch of vision? how irrelevant would have been all the labouring to join the eu, be the last nation in the world to introduce divorce legislation? Nostalgic? not at all…just understanding where we are, why and were we should be heading for…perhaps
